A tour at The Crown Venue CLT is designed to confirm fit, availability, and next steps — not to browse pricing or compare venues.

Our private tours are best for clients who are actively planning an event and are prepared to move forward once they find the right space.

Before Scheduling Your Tour

To ensure your visit is productive, please review the following prior to booking:

✔️ Event packages start at $1,900
✔️ A $650 or 35% non-refundable retainer (applied toward your total) is required to reserve a date
✔️ Dates are secured on a first-come, paid basis
✔️ We recommend that all decision-makers attend the tour or are available by phone

What to Expect During Your Tour

Your private tour will include:

  • Review of layout, amenities, and flow for your event

  • Confirmation of availability for your preferred date

  • Package recommendation based on your needs

Most tours last 15–20 minutes.
