HOW IT WORKS

1️⃣ Submit a Booking Request

Select your package and submit your request through our booking system. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice and rental agreement via HoneyBook.

2️⃣ Pick Up Your Items

Pickups take place at our Charlotte location during your scheduled window.
A team member from The Crown Venue CLT will be present during pickup to review your order and answer questions.

3️⃣ Return After Your Event

Return all items during your assigned drop-off window. Items are checked in, and your refundable deposit is processed.

RENTAL PACKAGES

All packages are pickup & return only.
Inventory is limited — reservations are first come, first served.

🎉 SMALL EVENT PACKAGE

— $225

Ideal for intimate gatherings and small celebrations.

Includes:

  • 30 white folding chairs

  • 4 rectangular tables

  • 1 round table

Best for events up to ~30 guests.

🎈 STANDARD EVENT PACKAGE
— $375

Our most popular option for medium-sized events.

Includes:

  • 60 white folding chairs

  • 8 rectangular tables

  • 3 round tables

Best for events with 50–70 guests.

🏆 PREMIUM EVENT PACKAGE
— $525

Designed for larger setups and flexible layouts.

Includes:

  • 60 white folding chairs

  • 10 rectangular tables

  • 5 round tables

  • 2 cocktail tables

Best for graduations, church functions, and large celebrations.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT DETAILS

🔒 RETAINER (REQUIRED)
  • A non-refundable retainer of 35% is required to reserve your date.

  • Your date is not secured until the retainer is paid and the rental agreement is signed.

💳 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
  • A $200 refundable security deposit is required.

  • Deposits are refunded within 7–14 business days after items are returned in acceptable condition.

  • Damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or late returns will be deducted from the deposit.

PICKUP & RETURN DETAILS

  • Rentals are pickup and return only (no delivery or setup).

  • Pickup and drop-off times are scheduled in advance.

  • Items must be returned:

    • Clean

    • Free of food, tape, wax, or debris

    • Stacked neatly as instructed

Failure to follow return guidelines may result in additional fees.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • Responsibility for all rental items begins at pickup and ends after return inspection.

  • The renter is financially responsible for:

    • Damaged items

    • Missing items

    • Excessive cleaning

    • Late returns

Damage and replacement fees are outlined in the rental agreement provided at booking.
