EVENT VENUE BUSINESS ACCELERATOR
Stop Dreaming About Owning an Event Venue. Learn How to Build the Business Behind One.
An 8-Week Live Accelerator for Aspiring and Early-Stage Event Venue Owners
You don't need another video telling you how exciting it is to own an event venue.
You need to know whether the business actually makes sense.
The Event Venue Business Accelerator is an 8-week live program designed to help you build the foundation of a real event venue business—from choosing the right concept and property to understanding your numbers, pricing your services, generating leads, converting bookings, and creating a plan for profitability.
Limited founding cohort enrollment.
THE BUILDING ISN'T THE BUSINESS.
A beautiful venue doesn't automatically create a profitable business.
Many aspiring venue owners make the same mistakes:
-
Signing a lease before understanding the numbers
-
Choosing a property because it looks good instead of because it works financially
-
Underestimating startup and operating expenses
-
Setting prices based on what competitors charge
-
Relying entirely on one-time event bookings
-
Spending money on marketing without understanding lead generation
-
Getting inquiries but struggling to convert them into deposits
-
Confusing revenue with profit
-
Opening without systems for sales, operations, and customer experience
The result?
A beautiful space that becomes a financial burden.
This program is designed to help you think like a venue business owner before you make expensive decisions.
I'M NOT HERE TO SELL YOU THE DREAM.
I'm here to teach you how to build the business behind one.
I'm Kelvin Seabrooks, owner/operator of The Crown Venue CLT in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I've experienced the real work that comes with owning and operating an event venue.
That means dealing with the property.
The lease.
The expenses.
The marketing.
The leads.
The tours.
The pricing.
The clients.
The operations.
The slow periods.
The decisions that look completely different once you're responsible for making the numbers work.
I've learned that owning a venue isn't simply about having a beautiful space.
It's about building a business that can support the space.
Now I'm taking the lessons, strategies, systems, financial thinking, and real-world experience I've gained and turning them into an intensive 8-week program for people who want to enter this industry prepared.
WHAT WE'RE GOING TO BUILD

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
✓ You want to open an event venue but don't know where to start.
✓ You're currently searching for a venue property.
✓ You have found a potential property and need to determine whether the numbers make sense.
✓ You've already opened your venue but aren't getting the results you expected.
✓ You're struggling with pricing, marketing, lead generation, or bookings.
✓ You want to build multiple revenue streams instead of relying solely on weekend events.
✓ You're serious about turning your venue into a profitable business.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
✕ You're looking for a "get rich quick" opportunity.
✕ You expect someone else to build your business for you.
✕ You're unwilling to look at the numbers.
✕ You aren't prepared to take action between sessions.
✕ You simply want to own a pretty event space without learning how to operate a business.
This program requires implementation.
I'll provide the strategy, frameworks, tools, and guidance.
You have to do the work.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
There is plenty of information online about starting an event venue.
The problem isn't necessarily access to information.
The problem is knowing what to do with it.
You can spend months watching YouTube videos, downloading checklists, looking at properties, comparing competitors, and trying to piece everything together.
Or you can spend eight weeks systematically building the foundation of your business.
We're going to connect the pieces.
Property → Numbers → Pricing → Marketing → Sales → Operations → Revenue → Growth
Because those things don't operate independently.
A property that looks affordable can become expensive because of its operating costs.
A pricing strategy that generates bookings can still lose money.
A marketing campaign can generate leads that your sales process can't convert.
And a venue that stays busy can still struggle if the business isn't structured correctly.
We're going to look at the whole business.

You do need to be serious about building the business.
Whether you're still researching the industry, actively looking for a property, or already operating a venue, the goal is the same:
Get you out of the guessing phase and into the building phase.
YOUR VENUE BUSINESS STARTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE.
