• A 35% deposit is required to secure your date
• Remaining balance is divided into scheduled payments
• Dates are not held without a deposit
• Events must conclude by 1:00 AM
• Additional time may be added in advance
• Limited Friday & Saturday availability

*An additional refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your wedding date and time. This will be returned after the event when it is determined that there was no damage done on the venue premises​.

** Cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to all invoices

We are located in South End Charlotte on S Tryon Street, offering convenient access for guests, vendors, and wedding parties. One of our biggest advantages is ample parking, including on-site and nearby overflow options — a rare feature in South End. 👰🏽‍♀️🤵🏽‍♂️ How many guests can the venue accommodate? Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests, depending on layout and event design. We host: • Intimate weddings • Medium-sized receptions • Full ceremony + reception celebrations During your tour, we’ll help determine the best layout for your guest count. 💒 Can we host both our ceremony and reception here? Yes! Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at The Crown Venue CLT. Our flexible layout allows for: • Ceremony setups • Room flips • Seamless transitions into the reception This saves time, transportation costs, and keeps guests together in one beautiful location. 💰 What is your wedding pricing? We offer curated wedding packages, not hourly rentals. Our pricing reflects: • Exclusive venue access • Tables & chairs • Staff-handled cleaning • Premium South End location • Flexible alcohol policy 💡 Friday & Saturday weddings require a minimum investment due to demand. Exact pricing depends on: • Day of the week • Package selected • Guest count • Event duration We recommend scheduling a tour to review package options that best fit your vision. ❓ Why is your pricing higher than some other venues? We are an all-inclusive, experience-focused venue. Many lower-priced venues charge separately for: • Tables & chairs • Cleaning • Parking • Setup/breakdown • Extended hours At The Crown Venue CLT, these essentials are already included — helping couples avoid surprise costs and simplifying planning. 🕰️ How much time is included in a wedding booking? Each wedding package includes a set amount of total venue access time, which covers: • Setup • Your ceremony/reception • Breakdown Additional time may be added in advance, subject to availability. ⏰ All events must conclude by 1:00 AM. 🍾 Is alcohol allowed? Yes. Alcohol is permitted at our venue. Couples may: • Bring their own alcohol • Use a licensed bar service All alcohol service must comply with local and state guidelines. We’re happy to walk you through the process. 🧹 Is cleaning included? Yes. Staff-handled cleaning is included in all wedding packages. You and your guests can focus on celebrating — not cleanup. 💳 What is required to secure a wedding date? A 35% deposit is required to officially secure your date. Please note: • Dates are not held without a deposit • Remaining balance is split into scheduled payments • Dates are booked on a first-come basis Due to demand, weekend wedding dates book quickly. ❌ Can you hold a date without a deposit? We are unable to hold dates without a deposit. Because of high demand for wedding weekends, dates remain available to other couples until the deposit is submitted. 🏷️ Do you offer discounts? We do not offer discounts on Friday or Saturday weddings due to demand. However: • Weekday weddings offer more flexibility • Payment plans are available Our goal is to provide consistent pricing that reflects the quality of our space and service. 🌸 Can we bring our own vendors? Yes! Couples are welcome to bring their own vendors. We also offer preferred vendor recommendations for couples who want trusted professionals familiar with our space. 🎨 Do you offer décor? Yes. We offer optional décor packages and enhancements that can be added to your booking. Décor selections may be finalized closer to your wedding date, allowing flexibility as your vision comes together. 👀 Do we need to tour before booking? While touring is highly recommended, it is not required to book. Most couples choose to tour so they can: • Visualize their layout • Review packages in detail • Ask specific planning questions Tours are by appointment only. 📅 How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for: • Friday weddings • Saturday weddings • Peak wedding months Popular dates often book months in advance. ✅ What happens after we book? Once booked: Your date is officially secured You’ll receive your payment schedule Our team will guide you through next steps Add-ons and upgrades can be selected later Our goal is to make the process smooth from booking to wedding day.
