Vendor Opportunities at Bingo N Beats

Thank you for your interest in vending at Bingo N Beats, a high-energy weekly social experience combining music, games, prizes, and a curated crowd.

We intentionally limit vendor participation to maintain quality, flow, and visibility for each brand.

About the Event

Bingo N Beats is a weekly Monday night event hosted at The Crown Venue CLT, bringing together music, bingo-style games, giveaways, and a lively, social audience.

  • 📍 Location: The Crown Venue CLT

  • 🗓 Day: Mondays

  • ⏰ Doors Open: 6:30 PM | Games Start: 7:00 PM

  • 👥 Audience: Adults 25–45 (varies weekly)

Vendor Selection & Availability

To ensure a premium experience for both guests and vendors:

  • Only 4–5 vendors are selected per event

  • Vendors are approved and assigned to a specific event date

  • Vendor spots are not guaranteed weekly unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Selection is based on brand fit, product type, and availability

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval.

Vendor Fee

  • Vendor Fee: $65 (per approved event date)

  • Fee secures your space once approved

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable but may be transferable at the organizer’s discretion

Vendor Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To participate, all vendors must meet the following requirements:

✅ Accepted Vendors

  • Physical product vendors only

  • Items suitable for a social nightlife-style event

❌ Not Accepted

  • Food vendors

  • Snack vendors

  • Beverage vendors

  • Service-based vendors (hair, makeup, coaching, etc.)

Required Giveaway Contribution

Each approved vendor is required to provide:

  • One (1) giveaway prize

  • Minimum retail value: $30

  • Prize will be used during bingo roundsYour business name will be announced when the prize is awarded

  • This is a mandatory requirement and part of the vendor experience.

Vendor Expectations

Approved vendors are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for setup (details provided after approval)

  • Remain set up for the duration of the event

  • Handle their own sales, payments, and tax obligations

  • Maintain a clean, professional vendor area

  • Conduct business in a respectful and professional manner

What Vendors Receive

  • Exposure to a live, engaged audience

  • Brand shoutouts during bingo prize rounds

  • A curated environment with limited vendor competition

  • Opportunity to build brand awareness and direct sales

Once reviewed:

  • Approved vendors will be contacted

  • You will be assigned one specific event date

  • Payment instructions and setup details will be provided
